Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. From organizing fundraising events to participating in interactive programs, there are numerous opportunities for individuals to get involved and make a meaningful difference.
By volunteering your time and skills, you not only contribute to meaningful projects but also experience personal growth, develop new friendships, and become part of a compassionate local community dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with Down syndrome, their families and care givers.
We have a variety of opportunities throughout the year to suit your interests. Prefer the office setting? Help us mismatch socks for Rock Your Socks. Enjoy the classroom environment? Be a classroom assistant. Let us know and we will find the event right for you. Students are also welcome to volunteer and fulfill service hours for graduation requirements.
Join the conversation with our private volunteer Facebook account. Our monthly volunteer newsletter shares current opportunities with links for sign-ups.
